Course of the project

After placing the order you get a questionnaire from us, which will be the basis for the development of a conversation concept. We then talk about the concept with you and discuss possible suggestions for improvement.
As a principle, we always communicate under the the name of the client. Third parties normally cannot see that they were called by an agency.
The duration of accomplishment of a project depends on type and size of the campaign and can be quite different.
During the ongoing project we can supply you, if desired, with all significant up-to-date information e.g.: number of contract conclusions, brochure requests, scheduled appointments etc.. After completion of the campaign, we transfer to you all processed data files for your further disposition.

Who supplies the address material?

You can either deliver us your data in almost any computer file format, or alternatively, we can procure suitable addresses for your international campaigns in all kind of industries.

Charges

For each project we charge basic fees for the development of a coversation concept, the specific staff training and the adjustment of data processing. Charges for address and information procurement, mailing or translation services can be added. The further billing is based on sales commission and/or fees per call.
